While working in partnership with local Durham farmers, our Executive Chef, Vito Clemente, will be showcasing his undeniable talent by handcrafting all his signature dishes with true Mediterranean flare. The aroma of freshly baked breads, pastries and wonderful spices and herbs will fill the air, guaranteed to open up your appetite. We also have a variety of GLUTEN FREE pastas, breads and pastries. Chef Vito Clemente promises that you will never leave his table hungry!
We opened our doors on February 14, 2014, but our dreams of creating a Mediterranean style bistro, showcasing farm fresh and local ingredients, has been a long time coming.
